Simply GiftBoxes & Bookish Bundles is an Australian family-run business based in the Hawkesbury region, New South Wales. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure is not a major failure.

Nothing in this notice limits those statutory rights.

Orders, mystery items and change of mind

Many of our bundles contain curated or mystery items selected from available stock. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges solely for change of mind or personal preference.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described. Please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery (we ask that you notify us within 7 days where possible) so we can make it right.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping within Australia is free on orders over $50. We dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days; delivery times then depend on Australia Post.

Privacy

We collect personal information (name, delivery address, email, phone number and order details) only to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell your information. You may request access to or correction of the personal information we hold by emailing us.

Intellectual property

All content, photographs, graphics, product descriptions and designs on this website are owned by or licensed to Simply GiftBoxes. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and without excluding your rights under the Australian Consumer Law), we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from products purchased.
